The design invokes expression of the city's rebirth. Warm colors resembling rays of light reach to the sky. The eclectic business-mix & diverse community is reflected through mixed vertical heights, color tones, and angles that change as they reflect the sun’s path. Angled metal acknowledges the local "maker" culture and fabrication history. ​
